Refund and Return Policy

A return request may be made in the following cases: The product arrives damaged or defective. The customer receives the wrong product. The customer requests a return within the allowed period, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
Conditions for acceptance: The request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice (if applicable). The product must be unused and not damaged due to misuse.

3. Exchange Conditions

Products may be exchanged in the following cases: A defect in the product. Request to change size, color, or model (if available).
Conditions: The request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date. The replacement product must be available in stock.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
